These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CoinVaultHQ's Website.
CoinVaultHQ provides a non-custodial, privacy-focused interface and tools (cryptocurrencies) accessible at coinvaulthq.com and related subdomains or applications. The Service allows users to view blockchain data, connect self-custodial wallets, interact with decentralized protocols (e.g., swaps, bridges, stats), and access on-chain information — all without us holding funds, private keys, or user assets.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service – Important Disclaimers
Non-Custodial Only. We provide only a user interface/software layer. We are not a wallet provider, exchange, broker, custodian, bank, or financial institution. We do not hold, control, manage, safeguard, or have access to:
• Your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords
• Your funds, digital assets, or cryptocurrencies
• Any user deposits or custody
All transactions occur directly on public blockchains via smart contracts and protocols you choose. You alone control and are responsible for your wallet and assets.
•No Financial Services or Advice. The Service is informational and facilitative only.
• We provide investment, trading, financial, tax, or legal advice
• We recommend buying, selling, holding, or using any asset
• We guarantee profits, prices, liquidity, or transaction success
• We endorse any token, protocol, project, or third-party dApp
Crypto assets and DeFi are highly speculative and volatile. You may lose some or all of your value. Use the Service at your own risk.
•Blockchain & Third-Party Risks. Blockchain networks, smart contracts, and third-party protocols can have bugs, exploits, forks, upgrades, hacks, or failures. Transactions are irreversible. We have no control over:
• Blockchain congestion, fees (“gas”), finality, or downtime
• Malicious contracts, rugs, scams, or phishing
• Third-party dApps, bridges, oracles, or DEXs you access via our interface
We disclaim all liability for losses from these risks.
2. Eligibility & User Obligations
2.1 You represent and warrant that:
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where access/use is prohibited (sanctions lists, banned countries, etc.)
• Your use complies with all applicable laws (AML, tax, securities, etc.)
• You will not use the Service for illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, etc.)
2.2 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or overload the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools except as explicitly allowed
• Introduce malware, spam, or abusive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Violate any third-party protocol’s terms
We may block access for suspected abuse without notice.
3. No Registration – Wallet Connection
Core features require no account/email/KYC. When connecting a wallet:
• We receive only your public wallet address and chain data needed for display/functionality
• Signing occurs on your device — we never receive private keys
• Disconnect anytime; clear browser data to remove local preferences
4. Intellectual Property
The Service (code, design, trademarks, content) is owned by us or licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes per these Terms. No resale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation without permission.
5. Third-Party Links & Integrations
The Service links to or integrates with third-party protocols, wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.), chains, and dApps. We do not control or endorse them. Their terms govern your interactions. We are not liable for their performance, security, or content.
